Every new relationship begins with an initial consultation with one of our Principals to assess your needs. During this consultation we’ll review any information needed from both sides, an estimated project timeline, fee structure, and next steps.
first steps
At this point your project will be assigned to a project manager within our firm who is best suited to the style and scope of your project. They will act as the main point of contact throughout the lifetime of your project, and will contact you to discuss the specifics of your project.
develop a project timeline
Our collaborative team ensures fluidity throughout both the design and construction phases of a project. Once we have all of the necessary information and documentation about your project, we’ll develop a project timeline with specific due dates for deliverables so you know what we’ll need from you, and what you can expect from us.
deliverables
Once your needs & expectations are understood, we utilize our drafting professionals to prepare contract working drawings of your project. To do this, we use the most current and innovative tools and software, and provide you with a full set of working drawings.
