125 Cauchon is a residential complex with five units developed in Winnipeg’s Osborne Village
neighborhood. Located on a mature residential street the building’s concept came from friction
between residents. The building was co-designed by the residents themselves. Each unit fits together
like a 3D puzzle and each unit volume is based on the collaboration and negotiation between how each
individual’s lifestyle.

LDA was responsible for the design of the structural components for this unique building. We prepared
the contract documents including the working drawings and specifications. We also provided
construction phase services including site inspections and certification.
