62M is a new 27,000sqft forty unit residential project located at the edge of downtown Winnipeg and
the Red River. It’s unique in that it’s a circular building lifted up on 35’ high stilts. This enables the
building to have unprecedented views from each unit. As well the parking is located underneath the
building.

LDA was responsible for the structural design and preparation of the contract working drawings for the
development. We also provided construction phase services including job site inspections and final
certification upon completion.
