This four storey historical building is located in the exchange district in downtown Winnipeg on
McDermot Avenue. The building was originally office spaces and it was converted into modern rental
apartments throughout the building catering to young professionals.

LDA was responsible for the overall structural design and preparation of the design documents. We also
provided construction phase services including site inspections and final certification.
